| A Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) is a professional, specializing in the practice of assisting older people and their families with long-term or short-term care arrangements. Care Managers have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree but | usually have a graduate degree in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling or gerontology.
